This is an action, brought by Maxine Fraley, administratrix of the estate of Clyde Ray Fraley, deceased, as plaintiff, to recover for and on behalf of herself, as widow, and Marilyn Kay Fraley, a minor daughter, for the wrongful death of said decedent allegedly resulting from the failure of his employer, Bison Transports, Inc., the defendant herein, to provide safe and adequate air brakes and emergency brakes on the tractor trailer he was employed to drive...
