VAN DYKE, J.

Appellant was charged in a single count with the crime of grand theft, the stealing of cattle. The information charged that he stole cattle belonging to Harold Lombardi, Louis Lombardi and Dr. A.E. Ghilotti. The trial was before the court without a jury, and appellant was found guilty. Probation was denied and he was sentenced to prison for the term prescribed by law. He appeals from the judgment.
