The appellee was successful in her suit to quiet title to two improved contiguous lots, on one of which she lived.

She acquired the parcels by separate deeds in 1920 and sold them to different persons in 1925, receiving from the grantees purchase money mortgages. In the same year, one of the lots, by successive conveyances, came into the hands of D and M. Realty Company, a copartnership, and the other into the hands of one Beaton. In 1948...
