This action was maintained by Luttie McKinney against Preston Mill Company, a corporation, and Stephen A. McKenna, the driver of one of its trucks, to recover damages for personal injuries arising out of the truck coming violently in contact with her while she was crossing a highway. A jury returned a verdict for the defendants.
