This appeal is prosecuted from a judgment in the sum of $5000 in favor of plaintiff below.

Appellant, Pinson Transfer Company, doing a trucking business is engaged in hauling general commodities in interstate commerce with its authorized operations extending to and from Paintsville, Kentucky.
