Appellee, Agnes Porter, instituted this action for false arrest and imprisonment in the Perry Circuit Court against Robert W. Dean and Harold D. Logan, two policemen of the city of Hazard, and against the surety on their bonds, namely, Standard Accident Insurance Company.
