Appellee is the surviving widow of R. L. Cashion who died in 1938. She instituted a suit in the district court of Johnson County in 1950 against appellants and others for the partition of 95½ acres of land situated in that county, alleging in her petition the share owned by her and each of the other joint owners thereof.
