This action was brought by H.W. Metzger to quiet title to a small strip of land. The defendants cross-petitioned to quiet title to the same land. The tract in question is 4.4 feet by 12.5 feet and adjoins the garage and tire station business in the north part of lot 24, in block 92, in the city of Okmulgee.
