By an information filed August 12, 1949, the petitioner herein was charged with the crime of robbery and two prior convictions. He was arraigned on August 16, 1949, pleaded not guilty and denied the prior convictions. Subsequently the petitioner admitted the second prior conviction of robbery alleged in the information and the first prior conviction alleged therein was stricken. The case was tried on October 31st, November 1st and November 2d...
