This is a petition for certiorari to review the decision of the acting liquor control administrator directing the town council of Portsmouth sitting as a board of license commissioners to grant a class B limited liquor license to David E. Lemay and his wife Ida for 719 Park avenue in that town. Upon the filing of the petition we issued certiorari and in compliance therewith the administrator made due return of all the records and papers in the case...
