Plaintiff and the five defendants in this suit are co-owners, in indivision, in the proportion of an undivided one-sixth each, of a certain lot of ground situated at the corner of North Claiborne and Orleans Avenues in the City of New Orleans. The lot measures 28 feet 8 inches 6 lines on North Claiborne by a depth of 100 feet between equal and parallel lines and is occupied by a commercial building.
