This is a suit for partition and accounting.

In 1920, H. M. Vermillion and wife, Hattie Haynes Vermillion, purchased a lot in Dallas, Texas; they paid $1,500 cash and executed a vendor's lien note for $3,000. In December, 1924, they executed a renewal note for a balance of $2,000 due on the purchase money. On February 6, 1929, H. M. Vermillion executed a general warranty deed conveying the land in question to his wife, Hattie Haynes Vermillion...
