The testator, Edward J. Bickner, died on December 4, 1949, at the age of eighty-two, survived, as his only heirs, by two nephews, Franklin Bickner, a bachelor, and Arthur Bickner, married. Testator was a bachelor and spent most of his life on a farm with his two sisters, Henrietta and Lucy, up to the times of their deaths in 1944 and 1946, respectively.
