This litigation involves the right of appellee, Yvonne D. Snidow, to dower in 237.8 acres of land in Giles county. She is the widow of Robert C. Snidow who died testate on March 2, 1945, without having had issue. At the time of his death he was seized of a determinable fee in an one-third undivided interest in the tract of land mentioned.
