Prior to January 1, 1948, the Aetna Casualty & Surety Company was the Workmen's Compensation carrier for the Dunean Mills. On January 1, 1948, this coverage was assumed by the Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. During the year of 1947, the respondent, Mavis Ducker, was employed as a textile worker at Dunean Mills, and received an injury in November of 1947. At that time the Aetna Casualty...
