Action for declaration of rights. This is a dispute between plaintiff Hubert B. Lloyd, as administrator of the estate of Mrs. J.A. Lloyd, and defendant Charles Tuffree. In 1912, Mrs. Lloyd was given a life estate in 30 acres of land, by will, with the remainder on her death to Tuffree. Subsequently, she planted the land to Valencia orange trees.
