This is a proceeding in partition under the Act of May 10, 1927, P.L. 884 68 PS §§ 501-504, as amended, to divide, following the divorce of the parties, certain real estate held by them as tenants by the entireties. The property has been sold and the trustee has the proceeds for distribution.
