This is a suit by J. A. Vestal and wife, Mary Vestal, petitioners, against Gulf Oil Corporation, respondent, to recover permanent damages to their property, and also to recover temporary damages for the loss of enjoyment thereof.

The trial was had with the aid of a jury, and based upon the findings of the jury in answer to special issues submitted, the trial court entered judgment in favor of petitioners for the sum of Eight Hundred Ninety...
