This appeal involves a controversy between the appellee and the appellants, arising out of a conveyance of land made by the appellee to his daughters, Thelma Kidd and Dorethea Kidd, the latter being one of the appellants. No creditors are here involved.

It is the contention of the appellants that the grantor in the deed executed the same with the intention to defraud creditors, real or imaginary...
