This is an appeal from a judgment of the 83rd Judicial District Court of Pecos County. Appellee was plaintiff, and appellant was one of the defendants in the trial court. Plaintiff sued to recover a bonus alleged to be due him under a contract of employment with the defendant corporation, Leon Farms Corporation. He also sued certain named officers and directors of the corporation but the court found that he was not entitled to recover from such officers...
