MERRILL, Justice.

On exceptions to the ruling of a Justice of the Superior Court refusing to accept, setting aside and rejecting a referees' report. The action, on two life insurance policies, is for the recovery of the additional benefit provided for in each policy in a sum of $2,500 for death caused by certain bodily injuries. The regular death benefit provided for in each of the policies had been paid and accepted without prejudice to the present rights of action...
