In an indictment containing forty-five counts, the appellants were charged with conspiring to violate and with violating the National Bankruptcy Act. 18 U.S.C. § 371; 18 U.S.C. § 152; 11 U.S.C. § 52. Appellant Owen P. Barnes, Jr., was convicted upon each count of the indictment, except count 36 as to which he was acquitted.
