By a decree rendered in March of 1948 Dimple Terrell, the appellee here, was granted an absolute divorce against Will Terrell, the appellant. At that time they were the owners as tenants by the entirety of certain real estate in Hamilton County subject to an encumbrance for unpaid purchase money notes.
