The action here as it comes to this court is by Myrtle Fitzsimons, plaintiff, against Virginia R. Frey and Wyona Frey, defendants. It is in two causes of action.

By the first cause of action plaintiff charges that the defendants on April 4, 1948, converted personal property of the plaintiff of the value of $18,384.80. On account of this alleged conversion she seeks to recover this amount with interest...
