JENNINGS, J.

The plaintiff was injured in a hospital. His cause of action was based on corporate negligence. He had a verdict and the defendant appealed from the denial of its motion to set it aside and from the judgment. The plaintiff claimed that the physiotherapeutic department of the defendant was understaffed and that it failed to use reasonable care to furnish and maintain a heating lamp in a reasonably safe condition. The jury answered two interrogatories....
