This is a divorce action commenced in the district court for Deuel County by Sadie R. Zoppelli against Adolph E. Zoppelli. The court granted the plaintiff a divorce and dismissed the defendant's cross-petition praying for a divorce. The plaintiff perfected appeal to this court.
