This appeal is from an order overruling appellant's plea of privilege to be sued in the county of his residence.

This suit was brought by appellee, Super-Cold Southwest Company, to recover on a promissory note payable in Dallas County, and to foreclose a chattel mortgage lien on certain refrigeration equipment which had been sold to a grocery merchant in Tarrant County.
