The Pennsylvania Crusher Company ("Pennsylvania") is assignee of Patent No. 2,149,571 (hereinafter caller the "Battey patent") and is licensee of Patent No. 2,155,151 issued to William H. Schacht. Pennsylvania has joined with Marguerite C. Schacht, administratrix of the estate of William H. Schacht, deceased, in bringing this suit against the Bethlehem Steel Company and The Jeffrey Manufacturing Company...
