This is an action by Merrill Allen and his wife, Alice Allen, Plaintiffs, to recover damages from Glenn Simpson, Defendant, for personal injuries sustained by Plaintiffs as a result of a motorcycle-truck accident alleged to have been caused by the negligence of the Defendant.
