Mrs. Van Geuder, a registered nurse, filed with the Industrial Commission a claim for compensation under the occupational disease provisions of the workmen's compensation law. She alleged that she had contracted tuberculosis out of and in the course of her employment as a nurse in the Medical College of Virginia Hospital.
