The Court of Common Pleas reversed an award of workmen's compensation by the Industrial Commission, whence this appeal. Claimant, who was a plasterer, and his helper testified to a fainting spell and resulting fall from a low scaffold, three and a half to four feet in height, on July 28, 1947.
