FAIRCHILD, J.

That a trust fund in favor of the children of Elsie Wyse's husband was created is evidenced by the following declarations in her letters. In a letter which she wrote to her attorney on October 20, 1947, she said:

"I have been thinking the matter over, and have come to the conclusion that the right thing for me to do would be to set up a fund of $5,000, the income and principal to be used toward the expenses of the children's educations. I believe...
