ADAMS, Justice.

This is an action of contract. Trial was by court without a jury. Findings of fact were made and judgment was rendered for the defendants. The case is here on the plaintiffs' exceptions thereto. The question thus presented is whether the judgment is supported by the findings. Caledonia National Bank v. McPherson, 116 Vt. 328, 75 A.2d 685.
