PER CURIAM.

Appellant was charged with assault and battery upon S. R. Geyer in violation of section 694.1, Code 1950, I.C.A. He pleaded not guilty, was tried, convicted and sentenced to pay a fine of $100 and costs in default of which he was ordered confined to jail for 30 days. His appeal is submitted to us upon a clerk's transcript which reveals no error. Accordingly the judgment is
