Frazier, Manager of its Moberly branch, and American Loan Company, seeking damages based on the sale to plaintiff of a used automobile, the title to which was not delivered to, or transferred to plaintiff, at the time the sale was consummated. The Loan Company financed the unpaid balance of the automobile. The cause was tried to the court and resulted in judgment...
