This suit was brought by the appellant, Geraldine Cowan, individually and as administratrix of the estate of Bill Cowan, to recover certain assets of the estate that were alleged to be in the possession of the appellee, Billie Faye Powell. Geraldine, the plaintiff, is Cowan's widow, and Mrs. Powell is his daughter by an earlier marriage. By his will, which the widow renounced, Cowan left a dollar to Geraldine and the rest of his property...
