This is an action brought by plaintiff, Jake Meier, against Frank Miller and Melvin Moyer for damages for false arrest and false imprisonment. The action grows out of the closing of a beer tavern, known as the "Longhorn Bar", in the town of Gage, owned by one Cordell and operated by one Foster as bartender.
