This is an action to quiet title, filed in the Circuit Court of Clinton County, Missouri, December 28, 1948. On April 7, 1949, defendant, John A. Livingstone, filed his first amended answer. The cause was tried and judgment rendered for plaintiff finding title in plaintiff and finding that defendants had no right, title or interest to the property. From this judgment defendant, John A. Livingstone, appealed.
