The plaintiff, appellee, brought an action in assumpsit in which it sought to recover the sum of $3,862.10, representing the purchase price of a quantity of steel sold and delivered to defendant. The defendant, appellant, admitted plaintiff's claim, but counterclaimed seeking damages for loss of profits in the amount of $1,550.55 on an oral contract. Judgment was entered in favor of appellee for $2,311.55, that being the amount...
