The plaintiff's exception to the finding that there was no causal connection between the injury of December 6 and the fracture of Drescher's right leg raises the issue of whether the preponderance of evidence that the fracture was caused by the injury at the defendant's place of business was so great as to make it appear clearly and definitely that the Court did not act properly in its consideration of the evidence, because it was misled or failed...
