This is a suit for alleged infringement of United States Letters Patents Nos. 2,417,383, 2,417,384 and 2,475,529, all relating to a novel color phenomenon termed daylight fluorescence. The court below found all three patents to be valid and infringed by daylight fluorescent signs and sign fabrics made, used, or sold by all of the defendants and no appeal is taken from that part of the judgment.
