This case calls for the interpretation of a policy of marine insurance containing a full collision clause whereby Harbor Towing Corporation was insured in respect to its steel barge No. 110. On October 30, 1946, during the life of the policy, the barge, while in tow of the tug Hustler, also owned by the insured, was in collision with the Ruth Conway, a motor vessel, in the Chesapeake & Delaware Canal and the Conway and her cargo were lost...
