Boone seeks a reversal of a decree entered in a declaratory judgment proceeding, wherein he was the plaintiff and Standard Accident Insurance Company of Detroit and another were defendants, holding that Boone was not protected by a policy insuring him against liability for bodily injuries and property damage in the operation of his automobile.
