The Chancellor held that appellee was a resident of Arkansas within the meaning of Act 71 of 1931, Ark.Stats. § 34-1208; and also decreed that as plaintiff Smith was entitled to a divorce under the seventh subdivision of the Annotated Statutes, § 34-1202.
