The plaintiff brought this action to recover for articles and services furnished for the burial of the defendant's husband. The court rendered judgment in favor of the plaintiff for $657 and the defendant has appealed. We summarize the facts, which are stipulated. Cyril Shaw, the defendant's husband, died on September 23, 1947, at the Bridgeport Hospital of an illness with which he had been afflicted since September...
