This matter comes on appeal to this court from the circuit court of Lake county from certain orders therein hereinafter described. The record discloses that in 1946 the County of Lake filed its complaint in the circuit court of Lake county hereinafter called the plaintiff against John F. Cuneo, hereinafter called the chief defendant. The complaint stated in substance that the defendant was building certain buildings...
