This is an action wherein plaintiffs seek to revive a judgment rendered in the district court of Noble county, Oklahoma, on December 23, 1936, in case No. 5254. The plaintiff in that case was Anton Prusa and the defendant was Vaclav Hejduk. Anton Prusa obtained a judgment against Vaclav Hejduk in the sum of $923 based upon a promissory note.
