Exceptions by the plaintiff from the Superior Court of Lincoln County.

The cause of action was a writ of entry and by agreement was heard by the Court without a jury and judgment was for the plaintiff for a specific part of the premises, although less than the plaintiff demanded. See Section 10 of Chapter 158 of the Revised Statutes 1944.
