Mr. and Mrs. Williams, an elderly, childless, couple, had been married many years. She obtained title to a residence property at 3211, Cottage Grove Avenue, Des Moines, in October, 1915, which they occupied thereafter. He was a railway postal clerk until he reached the retirement age, some years ago. On June 20, 1947, he made a will leaving his property, subject to provisions for the care of his wife, to the University of Iowa, to provide a trust fund...
