Oliver H. German died November 8, 1933, leaving a will dated October 3, 1932. He left an incompetent widow and one son, Guy O.J. German. His widow, through her guardian and by order of court, elected to take against decedent's will, thereby receiving one half of the net estate. In his will testator ordered the conversion of his estate into cash and then set up a trust fund with the proceeds, directing that one third of the income should...
